For ready-to-ship items, processing time may be shorter. For custom logo, private label packaging or made-to-order products, additional production time may be required.

Shipping Cost

Ceylara Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, carrier issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Wholesale customers may use their own freight forwarder if agreed before shipment. In such cases, customers are responsible for coordinating pickup, shipping instructions and related logistics requirements.

If a package is damaged, delayed or missing, please contact us as soon as possible with order details, photos, tracking number and relevant carrier information. We will assist with communication where possible.
