General Return Policy

Returns or exchanges may be considered only after the customer contacts us and receives confirmation from our team.

Customers should contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the order if there is a product issue, incorrect item or confirmed quality concern.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale orders, returns and exchanges are reviewed based on order quantity, product condition, order agreement and issue details.

Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging unless the issue is related to confirmed product defects.

Custom and Private Label Orders

Custom logo, private label packaging, personalized, made-to-order or specially sourced products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue or production error.

Quality Issues

If a product has a suspected quality issue, customers should provide clear photos, videos, order details and a description of the problem.

After review, we may offer repair, replacement, credit, partial refund or other agreed solution depending on the situation.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping cost responsibility depends on the reason for return and the confirmed issue. If the return is caused by customer preference, incorrect information or non-quality reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval
